LKT Health is a community-focused organization dedicated to delivering culturally grounded, responsive health services in partnership with local leadership and member First Nations. As community needs evolve—particularly with a growing and aging population—LKT actively collaborates with local voices to shape its programs and adapt care to best serve its people.
